By commissioning me, this means that you have properly read, understood, and agree to my TOS. If you are uncomfortable and disagree with any of the terms, you may not request a commission. Breaking any of my terms will result to a blacklist of my services.GENERAL TERMS
1. I reserve the right to accept and reject any projects I receive.
2. I reserve the right to use & display the commissioned work for my portfolio. I own the rights to the commissioned works and you may not claim it as your own.
3. Any forms of altering & editing of my works without my permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Using my works for any forms of hate & bigotry will not be tolerated.
5. Commissioned works are for personal use by default. Putting my works for NFTs or AI engines is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
6. If you, the client, wish to commission me to create works for commercial use, you may contact me. Note that I will charge additional fees for commercial use works.
7. Clients are required to send in reference images and the materials needed. I, however, will not plagiarize or copy the works of others.PAYMENT & REFUND
1. Prices shown are the starting prices only. Price may fluctuate depending on different factors such as complexity, time, and type of service. I reserve the right to price my services however it fits deem.
2. For PH Clients, I accept GCash & BPI as payment options in PHP. For international clients, I accept Paypal in PHP or USD. Details will be disclosed in an email.
3. Works for commercial use will have a +100% price increase from the base fee.
4. 50% down payment is a must before I start your commission. The other 50% must be paid once the commissioned piece if finished. Down payment must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email
5. Once I start working on your commission, refunds will not be accepted.
6. If I for any reason am no longer interested in working with your project, you will receive a refund.
7. If you cancel your commission before I start, you will receive a refund.
8. Rush fees are +25% of the total fee. Accepting of rush fees is subject to availability, I reserve the right to accept or refuse rush commissions.
9. The remaining 50% must be payed first before accessing the final product.PROCESS
1. Clients interested must first fill-up the Google Forms and wait for their confirmation via email.
2. After submitting the form, please wait for 1-3 working days for me to send you a confirmation email.
3. Once you receive the confirmation email, you will be asked to send your down payment. After sending, I will notify you that I will start your commission.
4. Clients reserve the right to set their own deadlines at a reasonable time frame. Deadlines must be disclosed before the payment.
5. Commissions may take at least 1-4 weeks. In the likelihood that I experience any delays and I cannot achieve the commission within the given time frame, I will be notifying you, the client, ASAP.
6. Clients are expected to have open communication & be flexible during the entire project. Clients reserve the right to be notified of any delays
7. In the process of creating the commission, I will make reviews with you to see if there are any adjustments or revisions needed.
8. Each client will be given 3 rounds of revisions. Fees will be charged when revisions exceed the 3 rounds.
9. A fee will be charged if there is something you want to change on the final product.
10. Once the piece if finished, I will be sending the full-resolution image via Google Drive. No physical product will be sent.
